Application Characteristics:
Reflective material, intricate machining, high accuracy

Measurement Requirements:
Measurement of 5mm external diameters
(required tolerance of 5µm)
Diameters; radii; angular measurement
Inspection of surface detail
Image capture for archiving

Hawk 2-axis non-contact measurement system
150 x 150mm high accuracy quick-release stage
x2 objective lens magnification
(total magnification x20)
Dual spot lamp illumination
(sub-stage illumination standard)
Camera take-off arm with digital camera
QC200 Microprocessor

Specification Details: (Hawk 2-osiowy system)

150mm x 150mm high accuracy stage provides stage accuracy better than 5µm. x20 magnification used for diameter and radii measurement. Dual spot lamp illumination used for highly reflective subject. Digital camera attachment provides high-resolution image capture with archiving software. QC200 Microprocessor provides all the required 3D geometric functions.

Black, highly light absorbent, low contrast

Measurement Requirements:
Measurement of 3mm diameter blind bores
(required tolerance of 5µm)
Diameters; radii; angular measurement
Inspection of surface detail

Hawk Configuration:
Hawk 2-axis non-contact measurement system
150 x 150mm high accuracy quick-release stage
x2 and x5 objective lens magnification
(total magnification x20 and x50 respectively)
6-point ring light and epi-illumination
(sub-stage illumination standard)
QC200 Microprocessor

Specification Details: (Hawk 2-osiowy system)

150mm x 150mm high accuracy stage provides stage accuracy better than 5µm. x20 magnification used for diameter and radii measurement. x50 magnification used for measuring 3mm blind bore giving high magnification within the field of view and a depth of focus of 4µm. Through the lens epi-illumination is used to illuminate the internal bore, while substage illumination is used for profile measurement. QC200 Microprocessor provides all the required geometric functions.
