A Return Authorisation (RA) form must be completed when returning goods to Vision Engineering Ltd. Any goods received without a RA number may not be accepted or could suffer delays.
After contacting your local Vision Engineering Service Centre, complete the Return Authorisation (RA) form and place in the box with the item(s) being returned.
Mark the RA number clearly on the outside of the box.
