Goods in quality control

Integrated circuits, ball grid arrays, dual flat no-lead, quad flat no-lead, unmounted components and bare PCBs can all be examined in moments.

360° Viewer

The 360° viewer option means inspecting for solder quality, bridging, pad lifting, and other hidden defects is possible without the manipulation of the board.

Finishing / Coating

UV illumination option reveals defects in coatings, such as contamination, thinning, over application and poor adhesion.

Reporting

Creating detailed reports, complete with images, measurements and annotations, is quick and easy.

Unique 360° viewer to inspect around solder joints without moving the circuit board

Work faster with efficiency and accuracy

Whatever the task, whatever the environment – goods in, final inspection, component identification, electronics assembly, fault detection, documentation – everything is faster and with EVO Cam II digital microscopes.

  • Intuitive and quick set up
  • Easily inspect around solder joints without moving the board
  • Overlays for quick comparison against a “golden board”
  • Identify component defects, solder bridging or shorts – quick zoom for detail
  • Pre-sets make it easy to share between users
  • Check for IPC compliance and ensure SMD meets specifications
