Methodical inspection of critical PCBs

If you’re inspecting safety-critical or mission-critical PCBs or palletised components, you need EVOTIS, with Lynx EVO or EVO Cam II. See everything, easily

Using EVOTIS with our 360° viewer removes the need to manipulate large samples: something which rapidly becomes more difficult as the magnification increases. Instead of moving the subject, the 360° viewer gives you a rotating, oblique view at 340, right around a feature as well as the normal direct down view.

2D and 3D solutions

Some subjects require a 3D view for a proper understanding of the subject.  EVOTIS meets all of your needs, with configurations for 2D camera-based inspections or 3D stereo inspections.  A variety of easy to use software solutions makes measurement, quantification and reporting easy.

Inspection of fluorescing coatings

UV inspection of conformal coatings or fluorescing dye crack penetrants is easily achieved by combining EVOTIS with EVO Cam II and the UV illuminator.  Detailed inspection of thinning, pooling and contamination is also made easier.

On-board camera firmware includes tools for using overlays, grids, cursors, on-screen measurement. Focus Stacking is optionally available.
When connected to a PC, there are several options:
