Vision Engineering develops glasses-free 3D digital imaging systems for surgical skills training, surgical co-observation and slit lamp imaging.
Our digital stereo visualisation systems enable trainees to develop surgical skills away from the operating theatre, reducing demand on operating microscopes while accelerating readiness for live procedures. Our retrofittable stereo camera technology integrates with existing slit lamps and operating microscopes to provide real-time digital stereo imagery. Clinicians, trainees, and observers can simultaneously view the same live stereo image with true depth perception, without requiring glasses or headsets. Live 3D imagery can also be recorded and streamed, helping to support telemedicine, remote diagnosis, training, and multi-site case review.
