AURA succeeds EVO Cam II, the system that became an industry standard across electronics, automotive, aerospace, medical device and research applications worldwide.
EVO Cam II built its reputation as a fast, reliable Full HD workhorse. EVO Cam AURA moves the range to true 4K imaging, resolving detail — hairline cracks, contamination, pad geometry — beyond the limits of lower resolutions, and brings inspection, measurement and reporting into one workflow through new AURA software.
Intelligent auto-recognition keeps magnification and measurement scaling correct, presets can be shared across systems and sites, and Supervisor Mode locks down critical parameters for consistent results. Built-in tools cover golden-sample image comparison, customisable go/no-go overlays, annotation and calibrated measurement, with metadata and timestamps captured automatically.
AURA comes in three models — 4K Touch, 4K and HD — operates standalone with no PC required, and connects via Wi-Fi or LAN with live streaming for remote oversight. Secure variants are available for restricted environments where wireless connectivity, Bluetooth or removable storage cannot be permitted.
The system is built for the same breadth of applications EVO Cam II already serves — electronics, automotive, aerospace, medical device manufacturing and research laboratories.
